How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Germany takes 2–5 business days. European deliveries usually take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Orders placed before 9 a.m. are dispatched the same day.
When is shipping free?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders from €40. European shipping is free for orders from €89.
How is my order packaged?
Every order is shipped in neutral, unprinted packaging without logos, brand names or clues about the contents. Our packaging is made from recycled cardboard and contains no plastic.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a DHL tracking link so you can follow its status at any time.
Can I return my order?
Of course. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can find all details in our cancellation policy.
Do you deliver to Switzerland and Austria?
Yes, we deliver throughout the EU, including Austria and Switzerland. International shipping starts at €12.99 and is free for orders from €89.
Is shipping climate neutral?
Yes. We send every parcel with DHL GoGreen, which offsets CO₂ emissions through investments in climate-protection projects. We also use only recycled, plastic-free packaging materials.
